This is a great book for anyone facing diet challenges. Extremely helpful with shopping. I need to find a book that has Casein free and adds an MSG free component to it.

What a difference this book made! The whole family was freaking out, until we realized that many GFCF alternatives are affordable, on the shelf of our ‘normal’ grocer, and taste good. In many cases, they are brands that we already know. It stays in my purse and I refer to it everytime I am in the store. I almost have the book memorized!

What a heaven sent book!! Takes all the guess work out of it for you! There are things in this book my son loves to eat, but I didn’t think he could have. Like some of his favorite chips. This really helps me and takes a little stress off my life! It’s well worth $30 or even more! I was hesitant to pay $30 for it, but now that I have it and I’m using it..it’s so worth it!

I was very impressed with this book in terms of advice on different foods available in a Gluten/Casien Free diet. I highly recommend this book as it gives more detail and examples of foods to eat.
